Cereal and oatmeal were the two things I was missing on the Keto Diet. There are wonderful substitutes out there for everything else. This cereal was a life saver! I have ALWAYS hated and avoided cereals that get soggy. This cereal not only taste great but stays crunchy to the last bite. I read another review that said it was soggy. I don’t know what that person was eating. Did you pour the milk and walk away for 2 hours?? I eat slow and read while I’m eating my cereal and it never gets soggy. Ratio also sells a coconut granola on Amazon. Some mornings I even add a 1/4 cup of it to this cereal and it’s amazing!

So I like to have something easy, like cereal, for breakfast. But so many of them have a ton of sugar. So I thought I would try this one. I really like the cinnamon taste and the little nutty clusters and almonds in it. However the dried cranberries are awful! Sour as hell! They ruin this cereal! I eat dried cranberries with salad and other things sometimes but they are nowhere as sour as these are in the cereal! Since I like the cereal itself, I pick out the cranberries and slice up 2 strawberries and put those in. If you're doing keto that might not be an option, but I'm not! The strawberries make it great. I have fresh blueberries coming in so I will try that also. General Mills, get rid of the awful tart cranberries! Maybe replace it with some other dried fruit.

I subscribe to this to save money. I think it's expensive but it is really good tasting. If I don't bag servings when I open the box I can snack on it and eat the whole thing. The nut clusters are wonderful. The cranberries are unsweetened but are not sour. The flakes are crisp and crunchy and delicious. And then there are the sliced almonds. OMG It makes me hungry just thinking about it. Watch for sales and price changes. It tastes like "pleasure".

LOW SODIUM AND LOW IN SUGAR. SO FAR SO GOOD. CINNAMON FLAVORED CEREAL CHUNKS ALSO GOOD.HOWEVER, WHAT WERE THEY THINKING WITH THE CRANBERRIES. I LOVE CRANBERRIES BUT I LOVE MY TEETH MORE. PUT THEM THROUGH MY MINI FOOD PROCESSOR.

Loved this cereal! It's delicious and kept me full for a while unlike regular cereal. This box is also hard to find at stores so I'm glad Amazon always has these on stock. The oats were crunchy and delicious, I was very content.

Ratio continues to impress me. Also love their vanilla keto yogurt. Happy to have some "normalcy" in my Keto diet by adding ceral. The crunch is satisfying and the cinnamon flavor was great. 9g carbs can be a little steep by the time milks are added and I thought "who only eats one cup of cereal??" but it's actually really filling! Glad to find this product.

Lov th brand but not this product. Definitely not keto with added sugars, corn meal, and whole grain Korn in the ingredients. You will get knocked out of ketosis. I bought without checking because I’ve tried about every flavor bar there is an d they are all keto. I’ve been hoping for a cinnamon bar so when I saw this I got excited and had to try as the company had gained my trust. The other cereal bags are keto but not this. Between 2 grams of added sugar,7 grams of erythritol, and the corn, i am sick to my stomach. Very disappointed. They should know keto ingredients by now or have people keto and glucose blood test products before releasing them. I have the coconut almond cereal bag to try tomorrow. That looks keto like the bars. Hard pass on this one though.
