Good quality plastic. Firm not flimsy. No sugar spoon, no pretend knife to cut the cake & teapot was a different colour, so lost a star for that.

This was the best of many I looked at and seems to be quite good quality. Also it includes both a creamer and a sugar which many sets do not. Arrived ahead of time too.
