Good sound, better with silicone earplugs.
I hate to have to curate my playlists, but until we find a way to bluetooth into the ocean with good fidelity and range this is the way. If you have trouble getting a good seal from in ear swim phones, get these.

It stopped charging without any heavy use. Looks like this is a common problem for such an expensive product. Not worth the money

It started well then in less than 9 months it no more worked. In addition there is no one to repair it. Now it's just trash with all that money wasted.

Suddenly stopped working for no reason. Probably the heat.
Is not made for high temperatures. Stopped working after a morning under the sun at the pool. Was still very new, but neither Shokz nor Amazon honoured the warranty.Do not buy.

Difficult to use and too expensive
for just a headset you need to go through a lot of steps. I never had the time to set it up.I expected a little bit of smartness where you can connect supper fast with your phone to download. Stupid ugly, unfriendly to use, waste of money

Returned the wrong product
Had bought two as a surprise gift , returned the one I could use to make and receive calls. Stuck with the open swim that I can't even use

The sound quality is very good as long as your head underwater or you put the earplugs.Literally a life changing experience to lay on your back floating listening to your favourite music
