These little treats are a great mid-afternoon pick me up. Sweet enough to feel like a treat, and caloric enough to keep your body from wanting to continue to snack. I typically eat one mid-morning and mid-afternoon to keep me full and to prevent that all too tempting office snacking. It's way healthier than a candy bar too!This is my second order of these and the packaging has really been improved, they're completed sealed so there is no chance of them leaking during shipping even in HOT weather. When I receive them I shake the box vigorously and put the whole thing into my freezer. After that I just take one out of the freezer pull the silver tab and pop the whole thing into my mouth. No mess, no fuss, just a quick, easy and tasty snack.

Coconut oil rocks! These are convenient to take anywhere and give to friends. Crunchy when cold, liquid when warm, and squishy in the middle.The unflavored is truly unflavored - just coconut oil without chocolate or sweetness. It let me appreciate how much of a difference chocolate makes.

These are a great way to take coconut oil daily just like it says on Amazon. You can melt them in your coffee and I see the coconut oil packs will work to melt in my coffee the same way also. I do enjoy my coffee.
