Easy replacement damper motor for multi-blade system
Replacement damper motor was easily installed and works up to expectations. LED light glowing red for closed and green for open on the damper motor circuit is very useful.

Bushing is missing
Purchased as a replacement motor. However, the bushing and screw are missing from the motor and not provided like the instructions state they are.

Missing the bushing....i guess this doesn't come with a new bushing, re-using existing bushing if new motor allows, will update rating after doing this - thanks.

Works find but Noisy!
I've bought several of these to replace some aging damper motors and they work find but you can hear them chugging/grinding as they rotate. I contacted retrozone and was asked if the dampers were stuck. Once I told them that they were not stuck and not hard to rotate they stopped responding to any questions and offered no assistance. Clearly this is how they are designed. Now after spending nearly $500 on damper motors (yes I have a lot of dampers in my system), I need to find a replacement that you can't hear from every room in my 2-story house.
