I received my replacement today and it is also broken. It looks adorable but the glass is not attached to the base despite the piece of plastic holding it together. When you try to remove the sticker on the no skid bottom- it rips and the washers fall out. As this was intended for a child's bathroom- I need it to be sturdy. I will be returning them

Not sure why Amazon combines the star ratings and reviews for different products.iDesign's disposable cup dispenser should really be called just a paper cup holder as it is just an oversize plastic cup that holds smaller paper cups inverted inside.The main drawback is that the dimensions given make it seem as if it will hold both 3 oz and 5 oz disposable paper cups but the 5-ouncers are too wide at the opening to fit the holder because it tapers narrower towards the bottom. You can fit a few 5 oz paper cups but they don't come close to touching the bottom of the holder.When the item arrived the base was not affixed tightly to the bottom of the holder but I pressed it together and it snapped into place. If I were to consider using this with the smaller 3 oz paper cups I would disassemble the holder and epoxy the base and holder together to eliminate the air space between the two to eliminate a potential source of bacteria growth from moisture accumulation.

I purchased two of these bc I needed them for a party. One of them had a crack down the front center that had been poorly repaired with glue and was unusable for the event. I didn't have time to go thru the return process so I bought a 3rd one.Aside from the one that was damaged, the other two I bought were pretty nice and were as described.

I like the fact that I can use this with 3 oz cups or 5 oz cups - the only difference is the 5 oz cups won't fit in the holder upside down like the 3 oz cups, you have to have them right side up.

I have been looking and looking for something just like this for my bathrooms. The design is clean, attractive and quite useful, and it is easy to load it with pretty but durable 3 ounce cups. Excellent choice for me!

This is a very cute cup holder, but as other reviewers complained, mine also arrived broken. The base was broken apart from the cup. Fortunately it wasn't anything a glue gun couldn't fix. If it had arrived unbroken, I would have given it 5 stars.

Not Covid helpful. Cups stick together and need to be manually separated/pulled apart. Germs get all over the cups.I live alone but worry when guests come over

This item is good quality, and fits perfect with our items in our bathroom. It also comes with cups too! Which is a great plus

Ordered two of the cup holders and while they are quite lovely unfortunately both of them arrived broken at the base where there is a peg connection from cup to the bronze base. The bottoms have some cracks where the leg snapped off but are not visible when filled with cups. I fixed them both with gorilla glue and they will still work fine for what they are but quite disappointing to have them both broken out of the box. Not sure if they could have been packaged better or not, they were each wrapped in ample bubble wrap but I think the peg connection to the base just doesn't want to be jostled around at all. They are still a nice touch in the bathrooms and can't complain otherwise.

Cute, wish it were glass, not plastic. Small , doesn't hold many paper cups.

It's all apart. Not worth it. It's in garbage .Do not waste your money .

Great for the bathroom. Easy to wipe off.
