I’ve been using this Vitamin D3 + K2 supplement consistently since 2022, and it has become a regular part of my daily routine. Over long-term use, I noticed positive changes in my general well-being. I can't tolerate horse pills and this was easy to swallow

I ordered these to help my brother heal from a motorcycle accident that fractured his leg . They significantly aided in his recovery. We could not get his bones to heal quick enough once he started taking these with in a month there was a major change in bone healing.

I wish it wasn’t made from seed oils as we all are learning seed oils are bad. Direction unclear. The bottle says to chew throughly before swallowing. They need to fix this. I started taking D3 & K2 combination two years ago. I was taking much lower doses and didn't feel much effect. I've been taking this brand and dosage for about two months. I can definitely feel the difference in my energy levels and mood. I am very happy I tried the higher dosage :) The pill is easy to swallow and leaves no taste at all in the mouth. Great value for the price. I very much enjoy this product. However I received two bottles in a twin pack where the capsules were all stuck together. I cannot take even a single one. I thought a return would be simple, but there is not any returns accepted with this product. So, now I will have to shop for similar item in local health store as I cannot afford to spend thirty five dollars and not be able to take a single dose from two bottles.

I was very happy with these, however my doctor said due to my health needs that the dosage of the D3 was too high. He told me that I should adjust taking one pill every three days, not to exceed my body needs. The cost is okay. It is nice that they combine the right K2 with the D3 so one does not have to take as many pills. Just use your doctors advice after having a blood test to learn what is appropriate for yourself. It should be that way with any vitamin or herb.
