The seat piece arrived cracked in two places, and customer service was super responsive and sent a replacement within days. The chair was easy to assemble. The chair pad is a perfect fit and very nice looking. It's wood and flat, so not super comfy, but the style makes up for it. The sliding tray can come out on either side, and is a huge plus. Love it!

This was a gift for my Mom for last year’s Mothers Day. Initially the assembly of the product was challenging as none of the holes lined up. Then once the chair was assembled I quickly realized how uncomfortable the cushion was so I then purchased another new cushion from a different company. My Mom used the chair through one Summer & then bought a cover for it & stored it in an enclosed shed. With Summer approaching she just took out the chair to find it was cracked & the finish was faded & warped. I wrote to the Seller allowing them an opportunity to make the unfortunate situation better. I heard back from the Seller who told me the chair has a 60 day warranty & because I was outside of the warranty period, there was nothing they could do for me. So BUYER BEWARE - this product does not last more than one season even when covered & stored out of the elements. Also, this Seller is unwilling to make any effort to right a wrong. Warranty is 60 days which appears to be just as long as this product lasts!!

These chairs look and feel sturdy, have a nice style, and are comfortable to sit in. I like them so much, that I might order a couple extras and try to creatively find places to put more of them around the pool.

The lounge chair is comfortable and the cushion is comfortable. The only issue is the wood was split during assembly and probably should not have been sold. We used wood glue to repair, but still would have preferred one without the split.

I got it put together, but you can't really follow the directions unless you can mentally levitate the lounge in the air. Instead, you put it on it's side to put on the arms. Once you do that, you need to support the bottom piece (where your legs will go when laying on it) with the box and a little something more to hold it level. Then put it on its back (arms down) to put on the feet and the wheels. If you do it that way, it goes pretty easily. The attachment between the bottom section and the top section (the part with the recliner), is a little sloppy. When you pick it up to move it, you'll see some bending of the chaise in the middle. It's not terrible but I'll end up putting a reinforcing bracket on it just to keep it from doing that. Overall, not bad. There may be better out there but they'll do the trick for me for a few years.
