Can you put the drip system on top of the fabric and still get good watering

Do you mean the irrigation system. We took ours off and plugged it in areas we didn’t need it but if you have to use it then you’ll need to cut circles where the fabric covers the sprinkler. Water drains well through it for us.

Does this product come with the U-shaped securing pegs as showed in the product picture?

Yes it does but I have sandy soil and have to add something to keep it down
