Does this help dry the ear from excess moisture? When running his ears, it sounds like liquid.

It is a liquid and for cleaning

What is the tea tree oil %?

Tea tree is known to be toxic for dogs at any percentage. Be careful people!

Does it come in a box?

I have ordered this 12 times between Amazon and Chewy in the last couple of months, and none of the bottles came in a box.

Does this come with any packaging or seal?

It comes with an external SEAL made of a semi-stiff plastic wrap which binds the droppertop lid to the bottle so that it cannot be unscrewed to open the bottle without initially peeling off the plastic wrapper. The inner side of the lid has a child safety mechanism, so in order to open the bottle, pressure must be applied downward on the outer ribbed-edge of the cap ONLY - without touching the rubber droppertop itself, so as not to compromise the functionality of the dropper.
