Not working at all
We bought this AC about a month ago.. but it’s not working at all since past 10 days. We have been trying to reach the installation partner to check the issue.. but no one responding even.. heavily disappointed… we need either refund or exchange if the product..Date of delivery: 21 Dec 2023Update : 24 Feb 2024After the mentioned complaint failing, customer care from Voltas fixed by replacing the sensor around last week of January’24.Again the sensor is not working from February 2 nd week. Heavily disappointed on the Voltas manufacturers and their quality of their products.

Totally Fraud
Only received Indoor unit. No Outdoor and other component. As well as unable to return or replace after delivery. No proper action and solution by customer service.From last two days they are transferring my issue to one person to other person.Amazon person said that Voltas is responsible and Voltas said Amazon responsible.

Despite repeated mails and request over the phone, so far, no response either from Amazon or Voltas.I am writing this review in anticipating that a responsible person will take action and clear this matter and spare us the trouble we are put through

Worst product to buy
My new AC is not working for last two months. No serice assiatance provided. Worst product to buy. Pathetic experience.
