Good for keeping outdoor friends hydrated
I have this in a make shift watering hole for my outdoor friends - a decent sized ceramic bowl on the ground that I clean out every day and has a couple spots for birds to perch or bunnies to come take a sip. It keeps the water moving just enough so the critters know it is safe to drink from. The suction cups at the bottom don't stick that great, but that could be that it doesn't like the ceramic bowl I have it in.

Powerful little pump
Excellent pump. This pump replaced the one that came with my water fountain. It’s more powerful and quiet.

Great For Low Water!
The media could not be loaded. This pump works really good, so good a year later I'm getting another one for a new tank and to say that the old one is still kicking! It has different flow rates and has a light hum so it's not silent. THE BEST part is how low the water can be, it's for a toads water bowl, so only a little over an inch and it works just fine. It's a little hard to clean/open and I have yet to find a proper filter cartridge for it not the biggest deal. My toad loves it, if you have a small reptile/amphibian that you'd like to create a little waterfall for, this is perfect. She loves sitting under it!

Great little pump!
Used the pump to replace an old pump in a small fountain.Has great power for its size. Came with long enough tube.Quality seems to be good. These pumps usually last about a year or so

Garbage!
The media could not be loaded. I bought this to use in a scape for a water fall. When I first opened the package and saw how small it was, I thought this is great since I’ll get to hide the pump easier than I thought. The hose provided is about 2-2.5 feet long. The pump motor barely has enough oomph to push the water through the hose 6” above the motor. I tried to upload 2 videos but it won’t let me show you how puny this thing is. However in the bowl this is set on its highest setting.Of which there are 4. Low is a joke and high is marginally better, if you’d even call it that. Do not bother. If I could give this zero stars I would. It is quiet…. <<insert eye roll>>I first tested it in a quart mason jar, filled to the neck. I held the hose approximately 1’ above the rim leaving a good foot of loose hose and the water wouldn’t budge. In the bowl I have about a pint of water and it barely moves it and the motor speed goes in and out as seen by the video. If you’re wanting a water feature if any kind - choose something, ANYTHING, else. Not worth the money spent and won’t work for more than a small, slow sump.

Cute and perfect!
Had mine through the winter, however, does not have an auto off when there's no water. So it died this weekend. Very sad. But it was wonderful while it worked!
