Great question - yes - it will remove the coating if you coat the lenses BEFORE you clean with eyeglass cleaner. You will want to apply the AR Fog Stopper last and only with your finger. Give it 45 seconds to dry or a little more, then just wipe away the excess. Any cleaning will remove the fog stopper coating.
