Customer service is horrible!!
we received this in May and one burner never worked! We talked with tru induction and they have been nothing but a headache. We've had repairmen here (at our own expense) and the computer board is bad on one of the burners. We are trying to get a replacement for it and Tru Induction is using every delay tactic that they can. It is crazy. I would say stay away from buying this because if it doesn't work, they will wear you out until you give up!

terrible customer service!
I only bought another True Induction because my granite opening is cut to fit and I can't change that. I bought a house with a True Induction cooktop and it broke. It was only a couple of years old. I called them, and they said I needed a board. The board arrived, and when I opened the unit I realized there were two identical boards. Called them to see which one to change, and they said "Take them off and look for burns on the board." Neither board was burned, so I called again. They told me to change one out and then the other and see which one fixed the problem. Neither one fixed the problem- and it's been about a 2-hour process- so I called again. Then they said "Well, it can either be this part or that part" They were the ones that said I needed a board because of the e8 error message. They wanted me to buy more parts, and they weren't going to refund the $40 I spent on the part. They finally agreed to refund the $40, but weren't going to pay shipping. I gave up. RUN AWAY FROM THIS BRAND!

Lacks clear instructions on how to operate.
After using my true induction stovetop for less than a week I couldn't get it to turn on or set a temperature. No real help from the internet trouble shoot page.

Why would they do it???
Why would the manufacturer put a large label in the center of the cooktop with adhesive that only NASA would need. So unnecessary! What a hassle and waste of a lot of time to remove.
