Protective Plastic
Good luck getting the protective plastic film off the face plate. It's behind all the switches, LEDS, and circuit breakers.

Direct Replacement
This was the same as the one I took off. The part has some upgrades from the original.

Works well while it lasts
This is my third one of these. They only last 3-4 years in a salt water environment. This time I'm good to try painting all the bare metal on the backside of the panel to see if that will help any. Other than that the panel works well, very easy to install as it is pre-wired.

I like it but!
I do like the workmanship and the configuration. It looks better then the picture here, BUT, I was quite annoyed that there was a thin film of protective plastic over the entire front panel, put on before the switches. Although the plastic had some cut outs for the switches, lights and fuse resets, it was not good enough and a lot gets stuck under the switches. I had to unscrew everything to get it loose to get all the plastic out and unfortunately if you are not perfect with your tools, you can scratch the surface. Luckily a permanent marker helps and it will work, but that one item, in my opinion, took away from this item substantially.

High quality product but..
This does not come with a bus bar for your grounds. Otherwise looks very nice, seems quality. Has ground wire connection in order to light up your LED's, could have easily incorporated a place to clip your grounds to. Works great you will just have to rig up your own grounding system (extra time, extra money).

Terrible appearance, protective plastic pulls paint off when its removed.
Don't let the low price fool you, these are even cheaper than that. The components are good enough for totally protected (indoor) environments, but the cheap rubber boots, don't make this acceptable for any moist environment. The biggest issue I have for my purpose (mounting inside a sailboat) is the amazingly poor paint. Not only is the protective plastic difficult to remove from the panel because it's trapped under all 12 protrusions but it pulls paint off the face of the plate while trying to gently lift it free.So if you need a cheap panel and don't care much about what it looks like, this may be for you, but if you care at all about appearance or need something truly splash proof keep looking, this isn't for you.

Switches
Great fit for the boat replacement.

Exactly what I needed!
With the use of a dremel tool, you can mount one of these inside the lid of a waterproof box from Walmart for easy access to wiring. I have this installed in my 12' jon boat for a bilge pump, nav lights, and fog lights and it's awesome! I still have one spot available, and just have to open a lid to hook up any wiring. This had made it through duck season water/ice, thunderstorms during travel and while on the water and water splashing over the stern while moored. Not one issue.
