Technically NO, these are not correct, the stitching on the back is incorrect, it should be an internal stitch, not external. That being said. *most* GMLs will overlook it, at the very least you can cut the snitching on the back to make them flat which is also acceptable

Q: Does anyone have the white ones, seeing if the is an odor? Not to bad just maybe goat or sheep smell.

I have the black ones and have worn them frequently for up to an hour or so (Florida motorcycle riding). Can’t say they kept my hands warm during cold rides, but I have sweat in them a bit. I have noticed a slight leather smell on my hands after, it usually fades pretty quickly though.

Q: Can women fit into this gloves, or will they be too big?

For me the smallest size still felt big so I’d worry your hands might be too small too. I normally wear a size 8 men’s glove.
