Cooperative & easy to learn
I am not always a fan of a cooperative game. This one is very fast paced and fun. Easy to learn and would reccomend for both people who love tabletop games as well as people who are not always so into table top games.

Quick, fun and challenging
This is a good game. It is easy to learn, game play is quick and fun. It requires and encourages communication with you team. Co-op games are always a bonus because everyone wins together! Simple art but looks really nice. Not going to be a game that you are going to pull out everytime. But it is a very enjoyable game that is good to start or end a game night with, to play with people that might not be beinterested in games with complex rules or strategy. This is pretty straightforward and fun!

Who's here for the chaos??
I'm here for the chaos. This game is fast paced, exciting dash to finish the deck while managing each of the timers. It's a great light starter game for any game night. It establishes cooperation between all players immediately. The concept seems easy enough but in practice the game is more difficult than you'd expect. The added obstacle cards ensure an increased challenge once the base game has been mastered. Easy to jump into, difficult to master. Great game.

Simple, fast pace, difficult to beat.
Simple game - fast pace - surprisingly difficult to beat. Some of the cards were damaged/printing errors but noting too bad. It's a fun game. Note if you think one of your timers doesn't work: We had what we thought was an issue with the orange sand timer. When we flipped it, it appeared as if the sand was not moving. However, when we put it against a piece of paper (backdrop), we could see that the sand actually was moving. It's just difficult to see the color.

Easy Yea . . . Right!
With the first reading of the rules to the game - How hard can this card game be? We tried the game and it was like thinking how tough can it be to juggle three balls at a time? Right! Watching the colored timers PLUS keeping your hand in order is like . . . juggling! Our first time actually finishing our card stacks and time still left on the timers felt like a real victory. Fun little game. And just as you think you can handle the cards and timers there are additional "trouble" cards just for a few wrenches into the game play. We can't wait to challenge our game playing friends with the challenge of keeping these kites up in the air!

A real-time game that even my parents will play
Kites is an energizingly fun game! The instructions are simple, yet the gameplay is dynamic. Kites reminds me of the video game Overcooked, where focus, communication, and teamwork with other players are important in the midst of chaos. I love that the core mechanics involves maintaining a balance of timing by flipping sand timers. I find that Kites works well as a warm-up or icebreaker game. Also very easy to pick up!—even for my parents, who got so excited over playing Kites, even though they are not into most games.

Fast Paced Co Op Game
We love this game. You play cards, work together, and flip timers to keep your kites from "hitting the ground." It is challenging, but also has an expansion to make it more difficult. I love co-op games and this one is quick. I also love games that have a set amount of time. You can play one round of Kites in about 10 minutes. It is simple to teach too! Love this game! **ORGANIZER PICTURED NOT INCLUDED WITH GAME. PURCHASED ON ETSY.***
