Q: What is the admin console default login and password? I've tried admin & admin (PW needs to be longer) admin & password (incorrect) HELP!

It should be admin for the username and "password" for the default password and then you'll be asked to change it. If that doesn't work just reset it back to factory and try again.

Q: can i use this for ONE internet connection and several different routers (to make several different networks)?

You can create several different vlans with different ip subnets.

Q: Is this the V1 or V2 version?

I received the V1. Specifically 1.6. Wasn't I surprised.
