Good product
Very expensive and it did assist in shifting a bit of my extra weight. But, just a bit too pricey for tge overall benefit it provided. Not for me again but perhaps better suited to someone else

complete nightmare
Ordered this product as an extra help for my weight loss , I was NEVER EVER MORE DISSAPPOINTED! after receiving the item I realised it has no English description on packaging or on the leaflet(should be a legal requirement) just Spanish maybe(not even sure). So had to check on the net how to use it. Until now I was on a great way and losing weight every week. After starting to use it I had as a first "surprise" a quite bad constipation ( which I usually don't have) for days. I wanted to loose weight so badly that I continued taking it. The second "surprise" was 4 days later when I checked my weight and not that I didn't loose, any BUT I GAINED!?! same diet , same water drinking but worse result. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT! expensive and it got me back 1 month from my previous progress which I had on my own without the product.

Very disappointed with this iv nearly finished this product and iv not lost any weight at all iv kept to a strict food, walked every day as far as can waist of money and they are expensive dose not do what it says

Not suited to me
I had to stop taking after 3 days as I had really bad constipation.I had even made sure I was drinking nearly 3 pints of water a day and pldnty of roughage.I just feel dissapointed but it just did not agree with me and it was a lot of money to lose.
