Burns something terrible but company made it right🙂
I’m writing a new review do to the fact that even though this product did not work for me this company went above and beyond to make things right…They contacted me immediately and reassured me that this cream may not work for every skin, the apologized and advised me they would refund my money and to just discard the cream…they truly do care and are very easy to work with, their customer service is amazing…thank you Danita

Didn't warm, but I'm not disappointed, great product
For some reason I don't understand, Amazon wouldn't accept my favorable glowing review for Penetrex. My only criticism was that it didn't warm. Not a complaint, just a fact. There are many reviews where people complain about it not warming. Not an issue for me. But since it is a selling point for the product, I decided to give it 4 stars instead of 5. I purchased 2 Penetrex pain relief items and used them together. They did a great job. My knees and back are finally pain free. A friend recommended Penetrex and I'm glad she did!

Painfully Burns, Burns, Burns!
I have been purchasing Penetrex products for years and have always been a satisfied customer — until I tried the Penetrex so-called “Arthritis Pain Relief” product. Quite frankly, it should be renamed the “Pain Inducing” product. The very first time I used it, my skin developed a highly visible intense red, and burning sensation that lasted for hours, even after thoroughly washing the product off. The reaction was severe enough to cause significant discomfort and concern. A product marketed for pain relief should not create additional pain and irritation. In my opinion, this product is unsafe, should be immediately discontinued, and deserves serious consideration for a recall.
