These types of products are felt more strongly when your pores are open. So if you apply it when you are sitting down in the AC, you might not feel it. You will definitely feel it if you exercise, sweat or take a hot shower - or any other time your pores are open. Be careful with applying too much because the heat does increase with more activity!

How much heat does this product have? I see gentle warming - not sure what that means.

This product has capsaicin in the ingredients, so it should provide a decent level of heat once absorbed into the skin. Some capsaicin/warming products have higher levels of capsaicin, so this is likely going to feel less strong than some of the other capsaicin products out there. I’ve used other products with 1% capsaicin in the past and found them to be too strong so i’m looking forward to testing this out.

is this better, stronger, more effective than the previous one or all the same but just different feeling?

I just recently got it and so I haven’t used it long enough to know that answer.
