Does it come with the cardio rebounder as pictured?

Yes this purchase comes with the rebounder. It's a great machine.

What is the difference between the Stamina 266 and the Stamina 700?

Thank you for your question. The AeroPilates 266 is a 3 tension cord machine that does not have pulley risers or the ability to attach the pull up bar. The 700 is a 4 tension cord machine with pulley risers and has the ability to attach the pull up bar. Please contact our Customer Care Team at 1-800-375-7520 Monday-Thursday 7:30-5 or Friday 8-3 central for further assistance in finding the right machine for you. Best wishes, Stamina Products Customer Care Specialist
