Good product, great customer service
**Another update Moosetreks contacted me after seeing my update and sent over a replacement bag. Excellent customer service! After putting the bag through another season of hard use I'm happy to report they've corrected the issues I encountered on the first generation. The zippers are now proper YKK's and the liner fabric seems much more robust. I've returned to being thoroughly stoked on this product! *Update after a season of use: Not so water resistant anymore. If it rains, the things inside are going to get wet. The liner is tearing or wearing through in several spots. And one of the zippers has completely worn out! It was nice when it was new, but I wouldn't say this is a piece of kit I'd recommend for anything serious or long term. We are astounded by how much we like this item! After trying several other budget frame bags, our expectations were fairly low. Instead we found an item that under promised and over delivered. The straps are a bit long even on our larger diameter steel tubes, although this problem is easily solved through various minimally crafty tricks and promises that this bag will fit even the weirdest shaped frames and probably even around ebike batteries (even with a can wedged in, there is still plenty of overlap with the straps). Items have stayed perfectly dry through Pacific Northwest deluge, and the fit is indeed near custom in our size large Marin Pine Mountain. We hope that Moosetreks makes saddle and handlebar bags someday too!

Excellent bag! Must buy for bike-packers!
Excellently made bag! Well thought out and well constructed. Lots of room and high quality material. The bags seems to be on the large side of what I expected, so check your measurements. It will work on oddly shaped triangles but expect the bag to puff out at compressed regions.

Very satisfied customer. Well designed pack. Excellent customer service.
Purchased in September 2017. Once received I suspected by the weak looking material it would not last long. As expected, the zipper failed within 6 months. As of March 2018, the Moosetreks Frame Bag is completely useless with a failed zipper in the main compartment. Bummer! Update April 2021, (should have updated in April 2018) Highly recommended if you are looking for a full frame bike-packing bag. I was apparently one of the first to purchase (or at least review) this product back in late 2017; early 2018 when it first came on the scene at Amazon. After the zipper failed, I contacted the company and spoke to a man whose name I forget, and asked point blank if the company stood behind their product. He was very polite and attentive to my complaint and offered to send me a new bag with upgraded (stronger) zippers. Keep in mind I had the bag for six months and didn't buy an extended warranty. Still, they sent me a new one. It took a few weeks as they were implementing the new design. I received the new bag and have been using it regularly for exactly 3 years this month. It is a good design, with a size range that will fit any bike. Customer service was excellent and the price is very good for this type of gear. They really care what the customer wants and will work to make you satisfied It's the only full frame pack with size options that won't cost you more than the bike itself. I notice that they are advertising shorter straps which was one of the issues I initially had with the first design. I did have to stich up one of the straps last year but considering how much use I've gotten out of it, it was worth repairing. I will probably buy a new one pretty soon as this one I have now has seen some action. This is definitely a great full frame pack for the money. I highly recommend this one. I'm glad to see they are still with Amazon.

Nice bag with options.
Yeah this thing is great full frame bag with either full deep to the bottom or two separate compartments Had to modify the straps. too long for my bike. Using a nothing special 5050c sewing machine

Frame bag
Bought for a bikepacking trip and the bag held up nicely. Held the things I wanted to hold and even while stuffing maybe too much in there the zippers held up. I feel the straps aren’t gonna last too long but they worked well for this price.

Great for commuting
I ride a 56cm single speed for commuting, I bought the Moosetreks Medium, and the fit is just about perfect. I ride my commuter bike almost everywhere I go in town, and I like to have a frame bag so I don't need to carry stuff on my back and so if I want to stop and grab groceries or something I have somewhere convenient to carry stuff. It's also got to be cheap enough that I'm not worried about it getting stolen if I leave it on the bike. I've been using the Ibera large frame bag for a few years, but it's not large enough to carry my laptop or other large objects. Last week I tried to stuff too much stuff in it and broke the zipper, so I got the Moosetreks bag to replace it. The Moosetreks bag makes much more use of the space, and holds far, far more stuff. I've only been using it a week, but so far I'm really liking it. It's large enough to easily fit my laptop and everything from a typical shopping trip. The zipper is on the right, which means it's on the same side as the chainring. Since I usually lean my bike with the chainring out, that means the zipper is on the accessible side. The Ibera bag had the zipper on the left, which never really bothered me, but now that I have this bag I realize how much more convenient this zipper placement is. I'd have a hard time going back. Great bag, especially for the price!

A great value for any road touring cyclist
Great product for the price. Shockingly great fit, I got the road/touring in medium and it fits on my 58cm frame Raleigh R600 road bike. When fitting it the extra long straps came in handy as my frame has aluminum tubes with a tear drop shape, took only a few minutes to affix it I had to play around with loosening and tightening the straps until I got the ideal fit. The zipper issue mentioned in many of the reviews seems to have been sorted as they seem sturdy under tension when fully packed. As far as capacity, I keep a full suite of tools, 2 xtra tubes, patch kit, mini pump and an extra tire in the lower compartment with ease, and up to 4 liters of water bladders in the upper compartment and there is room to cram a little bit more if I wanted but it holds everything I intended it to carry. When riding I don’t even notice it’s there. For touring around to state parks and camping along the way this bag plus rear panniers meets all my needs, 5 stars.

Not very water resistant at all although not a big ...
Not very water resistant at all although not a big deal for me because of what I choose to keep in mine. The sizing seemed a bit big compared to measurements stated so I would say if your bike is within an inch or two on either side and you’re not sure what size to get, size down. The big problem is the zippers. My boyfriend and I both got these and I’m our first 4 day bikepacking trip we each had at least one zipper fail making it very difficult to use the pack. Right out of the box we could tell zippers looked cheap/weak but didn’t expect them to fail so quickly. The price is so low compared to other frame bags it may be worth it to have stronger zippers seen in. The Velcro help up surprisingly well considering the wet weather and jarring terrain we rode on.
