Classic Peanut Butter Powder 425g, with 8g Protein, 3g Fibre

This is a new product to me. Dehydrated peanuts that have been powdered after the fats and/or oils have been removed (although this may be a simplified description of how it's made). The taste is incredibly good: it tastes just like peanuts minus the butter. The powder is so versatile: you can make peanut butter with it (the ratio is 2 tbs PBfit with 1½tbs water, you mix it and there you have less caloric peanut butter that you use normally as a spread or in recipes); you can add it in powder form to smoothies, yoghurt, oats and just about anything you can think of. The jar is huge and, therefore, it's going to last for ages. Besides the powder is extremely fine, silky and compact. I'm thoroughly enjoying this product. The possibilities for use are endless, and although it may seem expensive initially, there's so much of it that it works out good value for money. P.S. the aroma is fantastic!

I've bought this several times now, really good stuff, blends well in a smoothie.

This is my favorite peanut butter substitute, and is an incredible way to get some additional protein in. If you are looking for something directly spreadable, you can control the consistency of it based on how much liquid you add. I prefer to simply add water, but I also add it straight into a yogurt bowl or into porridge for a strong peanut flavour and added nutritional value. I have also recently purchased a Ninja Creami, and this is a great addition to ice cream recipes that include a peanut butter flavor. I highly recommend this brand, and the price point is very reasonable.

Reason for purchase: To give some extra flavour to bland breakfast food like oats and Weetabix without increasing calories too much. The good: With just 10g, I flavour my breakfasts. The taste is great, and it has less sugar and fat content then its buttery counterpart. Its very healthy, and low in calories. A little powder produces a lot of flavour. As it is just peanuts, the ingredients are good. The bad: It is a little costly compared to peanut butter, however if you use it sparingly, it can last quite a long time. Would I buy again: Absolutely.

Fantastic, didn't know peanut butter was so versatile if you like nuts you'll love these.

Love this…..added to muesli, yogurt, baking or curries

Much better macros than normal PB, but works really well. As an American, I am very picky about PB. It’s not quite Jif, but it’s really not bad!!

Love this stuff for using in anything from overnight oats to massaman curry, all the flavour of peanut butter and the protein etc minus the majority of the calories
