Large cooking space, separate zones, high temperature capacity, easy to clean and easy to use cover. Definitely by far the best home griddle I have ever worked with. I use it almost every day.

So, overall I like this. I cook with it daily, though to be honest I do wish my wife hadn't insisted on this one. My original desire was for a stainless steel griddle so that I wouldn't have to baby a nonstick surface with silicone tools. I've watched taco shops use griddles in San Diego for a few decades, but they're just using steel on steel and proper amounts of oil. So basically I have to try to figure out the right way to adapt everything I've seen done while preparing my favorite food, and it's tough to tell whether my own technique has been properly adapted or not. Still, I've made everything from pad thai to yakisoba and philly cheese steaks with this now.

Works well and very easy to clean. It does lose heat when you add food to it so you have to over shoot your temperature a little bit. Not surprising for an electric griddle.

I went with the more expensive name brand thinking you get what you pay for. This griddle doesn't hold heat well at all. Ripoff. I'm sending back for sure.

Love the design but takes to long to cook with. Bought for camping but just looses heat to fast. Easy to clean.

The product was defective, and they have not shipped replacement parts or new .This has gone on almost two months.

For the money this should be far better than my $20 griddle. It’s not!It takes forever to get to temperature and loses temperature too quickly. Takes forever to cook chicken that normally takes 5-6 min on my cheap griddle.
