The WIFI is connected, but it is often disconnected, how to solve it?

Mainly confirm the distance between the router and the device, the distance problem will cause the wifi to be disconnected. Therefore, it is recommended to try to move the device closer to the router as soon as possible and check it.

What if there are no push notifications?

1. Check the mobile phone system notification setting is turned on. 2. Check APP permission is turned on. 3. WiFi signal problems will also cause the data to fail to be reported. Need to try to close the device to the router to see if it still fails.

Can this wifi thermometer be used in a freezer, basement or garage?

Not recommended in the freezer, the low temperature may shorten the battery life and affect the connection. IBS-TH2 + WiFi gateway is more recommended. If used in the basement/garage, pls confirm the router to the scenes in good WiFi signal coverage.

Is the thermometer bound to a single phone/app? Or can it be shared with family?

You can use the family-sharing function in the APP. Create a family and then invite others to join. The invited person can only monitor and cannot modify the settings, but you can invite them to become the manager and they can change the setting.
