I bought other products in the past and were very high on sodium that kept me feeling thirsty all the time . That could raise blood pressure too.. this one has the right dose and also provide sufficient amount of Taurine which is a plus for high intensity trainingVery pleased with the taste and its positive effects on my body

These are a great source of healthy electrolytes. The flavor isn't my personal fave (I generally prefer unflavored electrolytes) but my hubby likes these.

I'm not someone who wants to use a 'pre-workout' but I recently started working out early in the morning and was struggling with grogginess. I'm not saying this product is the reason I'm doing better, but I do think it's a factor (in addition to just getting used to having to turn my brain on earlier). I got the orange flavor, and I think it's pretty good. I'd honestly prefer flavorless so I could just add it to my protein shake. But I just drink this a little before and during the first part of my workout and I think the electrolytes help. I'm new to creatine so I don't think I have enough of that built up to make a judgment. I'm really glad there isn't a bunch of extra junk in these - just the essentials. I just try to avoid stuff like that, and I get enough caffeine from my coffee habit that I certainly don't need any of that in the form of pre-workout. I take some other supplements from this company that I also like. I hope they might eventually offer a flavor-free version of this product because I'd definitely rather have it that way.
