Traditional Medicinals Tea, Organic Raspberry Leaf, Eases Menstrual Cramps, Supports a Healthy Pregnancy, 16 Tea Bags

This tea has made a tremendous difference in my menstrual cycle (after prayer, of course)!! I was having severe menstrual cramps before I found this. After drinking this the week before my period and the week of my period, my cramps are barely there, non-existant, in fact, most days. I drink 1-2 cups/day leading up to my period and 3-4 cups/day during my period. After following this regimen for about two months, I noticed the menstrual cramps were almost gone but the back pain was still pretty bad. After doing some research, I tried Traditional Medicinals' chamomile tea in combination with the raspberry leaf tea (and a spoonful of honey). The week before my period, I started drinking a bag of the raspberry leaf and a bag of the chamomile together in the morning and again in the evening. Once my period started, I resumed this regimen. Not only is my back pain gone, but my mood swings of irritability have lessened tremendously (combining the raspberry leaf and chamomile). I feel much calmer and pain free, hallelujah!! So grateful to have found this tea!

Works amazingly! I had my doubts when I was told to drink this but was surprised that it actually did help me with my cramps. Tastes and smells pretty good too ! Worth the buy

Just started drinking this tea a few weeks back to help with labor prep. The tea is good and truly helps me relax. The taste is kind of bitter on its own but with some juice it’s not bad! Worth the money.

I drank 4 cups of this everyday during my pregnancy. I’m not a huge tea fan so I’d mix it with lemonade and it was really good. I could feel it making the uterine contractions stronger, so I would recommend to all pregnant mamas in the final weeks of pregnancy.

I drank this as part of my pregnancy routine to prepare for birth. Taste isn’t great and isn’t terrible. Just tastes like an unsweetened tea. Didn’t upset my stomach. I let it steep For 10 minutes before drinking.

Tastes amazing, flavor is definitely there, not too light like some teas but it’s not too strong or overpowering either, very nice!
