Alarm is hard to set.
The alarm is hard to set and several times it hasnāt gone off so I canāt trust it. The sounds mostly sound the same.

I love this itās helps my grandson sleep blocks out any background noise
I use this when my grandson spends the night I have it set to a fan sound he sleeps so good and so do we it blocks out any background noise very nice because u can choose the sound u want it gives u other options it also has a color night light which is nice great value for the money I would recommend it

Great customer support
Bought two of these for my daughters who are both 10, and they love them. The only downside we had was one of the original ones we bought did not work properly, it stays the same time 24/7 for some reason. I contacted support and explained the situation and they sent me out a new one to replace it, which arrived promptly from their U.S. warehouse and it works great. We use the one that didn't work as a sound machine for our baby. It has a lot of great white noise sounds.

Had doubts, but it works!
My husband bought this to help me sleep because I've been having problems lately and couldn't figure out why. But omg since I started using this, I sleep like a baby. It's getting to the point where I feel my eyes getting heavy once the noise starts. I'm so happy and rested!
