We love this battery tester, it peforms several important functions while in the car letting us test the load, the alternator, and what loads are imposed by different components. It pairs well with our Autel Scanner. It does a great job testing batteries outside of the vehicle as well. It's ease of use makes it an efficient tool in our shop.

Fantastic diagnostic tool. Easily paired to iPhone and Autel 808S scan tool. App is great although does not recognize my scan tool even after signing into Autel. Not pairing this way limits my ability to use this product with my phone as special functions remain locked. This units price, I believe is very reasonable for its quality and all of its capabilities. Operation is via Bluetooth to Autel scan tool so no wires which makes life easier. It can be hooked up to the battery and operated from inside the vehicle or from a safe reasonable distance. The pairing is immediate upon power up with Scantool and it’s compact size makes for great ease of use and storage. The downside is that it requires a USB cable for charging that is not included, at least it was not in this particular case with me. The cable required is also a newer version USB 3.0 I believe and the scanner and DTC dongle I have are different. Final thoughts. This is a must have if you’re a car guy. Majority of issues in modern cars appear out of nowhere and send Techs on a wild Goose chase. Fact of the matter is an underpowered or faulty Battery can cause hi-tech vehicles to think and do strange things. Using this tool to do a quick test on the vehicles starting charging system as well as a battery test will save everyone time, money and sleepless nights. Buy this unit. Just make sure you get one with the proper USB cord for pairing, updating and Charging. Or. Hope your kids have a device with something that works with this device. It was at my door in 16 hours. Money well spent!

I have a manual battery tester and wanted more if a complete diagnostic tool. I have the autel scan tool and found the customer service awesome so I ordered the battery diagnostic tool yo use with it. The battery tester can also be used with a app you can scan and download. Works great snd gives a full diagnosis of the battery. So far I can say it’s working fine and worth the price. My only observation is that the tool comes with a lithium rechargeable battery but no charger. Other than that it’s a great tool.

Works as described and way cheaper than most options. Doesn't seem very durable for heavy duty stuff but great for a diy person or new mechanic. Easy to use
