I can say that I was extremely pleased with the vendor. They not only met the in hand date to me but they beat the date by several days. I was expecting the item to arrive on Wednesday but I received it on the Friday before. So as far as delivery time I rate them at 5 Stars! The product does not come in the "Official" packaging as the picture insinuates. It is NOT an official Phillips product. It works OK and that is the biggest issue. I understand that it is not the $200.00 bulb that is an official manufacturer bulb but I was still disappointed in the brightness of this product. I expected it to be much brighter than it is. I was expecting it to be, if not on par with factory, then just slightly less bright. Unfortunately it is at least 30%-50% darker than the factory replacement. That is my personal opinion and not a measured fact but it is much darker than it should be. This is the biggest problem with these "Old" DLPs. The original bulbs are just to expensive to justify their cost. You can put those dollars towards a new and better TV. So for now I will keep chugging along with this but I am not happy with the replacement bulb situation and I am looking at simply replacing the TV at my first opportunity.***UPDATE***I purchased this bulb back in January 2015 and it failed on me today August 28, 2015. So it lasted 8 months for me. I don't know if that is good or bad for a third party replacement bulb but that is the life I got out of it. It was getting dimmer for the past few weeks so I knew we were coming to the end. Just wanted to share my experience with this product to help you make your decision.

What a joke! Sure, it works okay at first, but 3 months later is dead as a doornail. And get this, it says it has a one year manufacturer’s warranty (I also made the mistake of buying the 4-year extended warranty but that’s a whole other can of worms), but there is no manufacturer identified anywhere and is only called “Generic”! So after going through Four Trade (extended warranty company) and attempting to talk with a person by phone when after I filed a claim and was told I had to go through manufacturer, then when I couldn’t locate the manufacturer and after talking to Amazon who said I had to contact Four Trade and tell them that they had to provide me with the information I need to contact the manufacturer, a bot answers my call at Four Trade and keeps telling me to give my name and after trying a dozen times to give the bot “Steve”, my name, it says that since it can’t hear me, that I have to call them back, and at this point I’m scream expletives into my phone; then, the same bot has the audacity to call me back and do this same BS to me all over again but says it’s calling on a recorded line, to which I said thank god, thinking maybe it might actually be a person, but it wasn’t, then it hangs up on me again after saying it can’t hear me. Even though I had taken more than a person should honestly ever be expected to take from a company who stole her money and then behaved with such BS tactics (don’t ever buy the extended warranty...this is the second time out of two that I was totally ripped off), I maintained my composure this time and called Amazon back again and pled for their help and now they are emailing me a return label and as soon as I drop the POS item off at UPS (which is a monumental task in and of itself due to my severe disability), they will give me a full refund of my purchase price. Do not waste your time or money. You will not be happy.

915P049010 - Lamp With Housing For Mitsubishi TVThis replacement did fit correctly.Noticed one corner, of one of the metal screens was not completely attached (loose), but I just pushed it over the peg to be snug, it did not affect the product in any way. CosmeticNoticed a slight burning smell in first few minutes of using new lamp, but I have replaced my lamp before and experienced the same smell, normal.It has been working for 30 + days, so far so good! =-)*NOTICE UPDATE: Projection Lamp got noticeably dimmer (Images appearing darker than normal)in the last two weeks, and then it died.Lasted Total: 6 Months & 20 days exactly (195 days), with Medium Usage. (Warranty covered it for 150 days)Granted, I would have liked it to last at least 1 year, but it was less expensive.I figure I got my $ worth out of it and at approximately x2 inexpensive bulbs a year, it is still less expensive than purchasing one bulb at mfg price.($195 +tax+S&H)So, I ordered another one. =-)

Got it installed and the picture looks great. Actually much better than the original, perhaps a function of dust that accumulated over the years. BUT the screws that come in the housing of the replacement are different than those of the original. Flathead as opposed to phillips which isn't a big deal but they're probably half a centimeter shorter. This was a problem because they didn't reach far enough. I was able to take out the original screws and put them in the replacement. But for God's sake! Could we not get slightly longer screws in the replacements to avoid the hassle?EDITThe bulb blew the next day! Ordered another one, got it today, and the one I got today CAME WITH THE CORRECT SCREWS! Can't speak to the quality of the second bulb, but the first order was purchased through Comoze Store and the second one (with the correct screws) was ordered through Exclusivebulbs. If you order one of these I would caution against the former seller and, without knowing bulb longevity, recommend the latter. It will make for MUCH easier installation.

Just arrived at my home april 28.I unpact to install light then i notice like its used..has like black stuff on metal plate..so decided to take photo before installi ng just in cade it doest work..going to install now ..will see what happen nut i can tell the outer cover is used or rycle....okay light lasted almost a month...first it will turn on after five minute will turn off...finally stop working nay was defective most of the time lasts about three month...this time less then a month ..and this time i used tv less ...did not turn on every day figure will lasts longer...i have other tv in rooms...so i will see what seller can do it said had. Warranty
