I never write reviews but after using this for over a year now, I had too! I have had acne prone skin for life. I was always hesitant to use any type of hair oils, creams, lotions, sprays, gels, and leave in products. I could tell a product would cause me to break out just by looking at it. I came across this brand when searching “acne prone skin hair products”. I took the gamble after reading the description and reviews. And it was so worth it. I started with the “fragrance free” version but then went to this one, the smell is a light & fresh smell that is not overwhelming (certain scents trigger migraines for me). I very much enjoy the scent and it does last while in my hair. I shower and then brush my hair out. After that I will take about a table spoon of this crème and rub it in between my hands and then I’ll use my fingers to run it though my hair (I do this twice). The crème itself isn’t heavy, it’s smooth and light, a small amount goes a long way. The consistency spreads easily. I will then blow my hair out and use a straightener to gently go over. Initially, the hair (around the top of my head and scalp) feels a bit greasy, however after a couple of hours- that feeling is completely gone. My hair is soft, shiny, clean feeling and there’s no frizz. I have naturally curly hair and this crème has definitely helped keep my blow out looking sharp! But best of all- no break outs!! No oily feeling or looking hair! Even when I am initially running it through my hair- it doesn’t feel greasy or oily. I’ve used products in the past that have caused pimples, specifically around my hair line, and with this- I’ve had mine. My hair feels clean, even after a few days. I highly recommend this product for those who are worried about break outs, and even for those who don’t!!

Definitely hypoallergenic. I’m sooooo sensitive to products and this one is fine! (I have had allergic reactions to other fragrance free products in the past.) SEEN blowout cream is kinda runny and little goes a long way. Too much weighs my hair down. I use about a dime size for all my shoulder length hair. I have fine, thin, curly hair. The frizz control is excellent, does not dry out my hair, and keeps my hair smooth for 24 hours after blow drying it. If a rainy or humid day revives some of my curls they are still smooth. While I really do appreciate this product I wish it could give my hair a bit more body. There’s such a fine line between just right and too much product which weighs my hair down. This product would be absolutely ideal for someone with thicker or thirsty hair! I still plan to buy it when I run out because it does smooth out my hair and my scalp has no complaints.

Easy to apply. My hair is not getting fried by my blow dryer or hair straightener!! Not a strong smell if any thankfully.

So far I love this product. My hair looks very healthy and has a great shine. My only issue is the bottle. As soon as you open the lid, the product comes pouring out and makes the biggest mess. I saw that another person listed this as a complaint, and it IS a big complaint. They definitely need to revisit the packaging and the bottle, particularly the lid. I do love the unscented and my hair texture is on point. Please fix the tube/bottle!!!

I’ve used this product since this companies inception. I have straight salt and pepper hair and it leaves my hair super soft, reduced fly after blow drying, doesn’t weigh my hair down and does not irritate my skin and as other brands do.

I’m a millennial hair tool and product junkie who decided to throw it all out and replace it all with clean products. One of the harder things for me to find has been a heat protectant. I have shoulder length, fine, wavy, and frizz prone hair. Products can easily weigh down my hair. With dry shampoo between, I wash twice a week on average. The first time I used this product I used about a nickel size of product and I applied it directly to my hair out of the shower and combed through. As I was blow drying my hair, I realized that it was taking significantly longer and I started to become worried about way too much product in my hair and I felt like the disbursement was as uneven. I let it air dry for a bit and came back and finished styling and determined that while I had used too much product, there was great potential. I didn’t have to re-wash my hair and was able curl it and be happy with it for a couple of days. I decided to try it again before I wrote a review. This time I used a dime size amount and mixed it with water in my hands for a more even application. There was still an increased time to my blow drying, which is something I can deal with. My hair is soft, shiny, and LOVES the curling iron after I’ve used this product. My next day curls hold as good (and some days not good) as any other hair product I’ve used. I feel like my hair has more body. I do wish they had a lighter spray option, but I would never reach for cremes in the past because of my fine hair so it may be that I just need to find my perfect technique and amount. I am really happy that I found this product. While it is expensive up front, my guess is a whole tube will probably last me 4-6 months, maybe more! It is very lightly scented. I personally have to put my nose to my hair. Moving from fragrance heavy products to very lightly or unscented, I appreciate the light clean smell.

If you want stick straight hair and no body then this is your cream. It’s unscented which I love, but I have fine curly/wavy hair and no matter how sparingly I use it, it literally flattens my hair too much.

I absolutely love this cream. I don't use it for blow outs, but I use it to tame frizz. Finally found a safe version f the John Frieida cream I had been using. Love the texture.

SEEN has made my hair noticeably easier to comb through after washing, and it gives a smooth, protected finish without causing any chest or back acne .. which has been a huge struggle for me with other products. Yes, it’s on the pricier side, but it lasts a long time because I only need a small amount. For me, avoiding breakouts is worth every penny. I pair it with a non‑fragranced shampoo, and the combination works beautifully. I’ve tried both the Curly Cream and the Blow-Out Cream. They’re equally great - the blow-out cream is more lightweight and liquid, while the curly cream is thicker - but both perform really well and keep my skin clear. The creme has no smell and it also doesn't make my hair greasy. Highly recommend.

39F with extremely sensitive skin, eczema, adult acne, fragrance allergy. I love my hair with this product — shiny, healthy-looking, no frizz, no grease. I did get a breakout on my jawline when I first started using this, but not 100% sure the creme was the cause. I started using a little less around my face and no issues since. I only need a small amount of product for my shoulder length hair and find it works best to use every second day, so bottle should last a long time.

Good for seborrheic dermatitis as well. Never had issue. I wasn’t ever really a hair cream gal especially with extra weight or product buildup with the seborrheic dermatitis however I don’t get any build-up or the feeling of it being heavy AT ALL. AMAZING PRODUCT

The best heat protector I have come across. Especially great for silver hair which can be damaged so easily.
