Opor White Curry By Bamboe- Indonesian Instant Spices - Pack of 5

I love this brand of Opor Ayam because it taste like home cooked neal that I’m used to growing up in Indonesia!

I have used this spice quite a bit. It is great for Indonesian chicken curry. I also this seasoning for my lumper filling

Having not had the dish in Indonesia or an authentic Indonesian restaurant in the USA, I cant be sure if it is too bland or in fact accurately flavored. I won't buy it again. Other Bamboe spice packets have been a lot better.

This is a mildly spicy curry. It has a little heat but a very Indonesian flavor.To make an all-in-one meal, I stir-fried bamboo shoots, straw mushrooms, onion, and celery. I prefer to then add pre-cooked chicken chunks and coconut milk. Then I served it over rice. Feeds 6.
