When is this used? Is this to be used as a full decontamination product?

This is not meant to be used as a full decontamination product, it does remove old waxes and sealants, but no embedded dirt or iron contaminants, and on ceramic coatings it can be used to unclog the “pores” if it looks like it’s not performing as it should, but not to be used as a maintenance.
