🖤 Shape Your Imagination with ABS Power!
This 6-pack of black ABS plastic sheets measures 12" x 16" x 0.06" each, offering a smooth finish on one side and a textured finish on the other. Ideal for a variety of DIY projects, these sheets are more flexible and shatterproof than plexiglass, making them perfect for applications ranging from automotive to home decor. With a heat distortion temperature of 70-96°C, they can be easily thermoformed and processed, ensuring you can create the perfect shape for your needs.

Mold it into what you want.
This thin material is flexible & malleable when heated but strong when cool.I used this material to create ductwork for a modified generator.I could easily cut the material with a cutoff tool or metal snips or score with a utility knife and snap apart.I could use my heat gun and bend or mold it into shape. You can really form it once you heat it up just enough.NOTE: USE heavy GLOVES since this material gets and stays hot. You will have to hold it in the form you want until it cools off enough to remain in that shape.I could attach the pieces together with sheet metal screws.Acetone could be used to melt and bond pieces together allowing you to increase the thickness and make it sturdier.I had no problem working with this material and would purchase it again.

Solid!
Worked perfectly for me. I used them to build a custom dash panel for my motorcycle. Cuts, heats and bends easily. Very durable. Would recommend for DIYers

It's not kydex?
Bought this as stock to make holsters for random things. I'm not sure that this is kydex material but it seemed to form and work just fine so I didn't return it.

Great stuff, not easy to handcut
I used it to build the body for a camera. My hope was that I could hand cut the plastic, but it was too tough to make clean cuts. I had the sheets laser cut instead. Using an exacto knife is possible, but for everything that isn't a straight line use a laser cutter and skip the headache.

Good product
good product but it has a film on the back side that needs to be removed prior to using heat on it.

I needed odd item covers that no one makes.
I collect vintage military surplus from around the world. I also pack and use many of the items on hikes and camping. My first few attempts look a bit rough but are usable. As I practice, my project are looking better. The machete was the last. The etool was the first. Oh I used a heat gun, metal yard stick, a solid rail on my porch, leather gloves and a piece of scrap wood. The rest was leather craft eyelets and snaps purchased previously from Amazon. These are a great starting point for learning a new skill and for protecting your items. Highly recommend.
