Love this for my son and he loves it!

I bought this for my three year old so he can feel included in the kitchen with me. So far he has used it for cutting his quesadillas and pancakes. HE enjoys it so far. He is still too young to use it for cutting vegetables. My partner used his knife thinking it was just a kids knife but cut his finger. So make sure to keep an eye on your little ones when using this knife.

This is working to get the kids more interested in helping cook, so that is a win! Very safe - I would argue too safe for 6+ year olds because the plastic on the tang of the knife blade kind of blocks it from going totally flat to the cutting board when cutting very flat things.Works well overall. I haven't tried sharpening it yet.

This is a great little knife and sharp! Please be careful with your little one! She accidentally cut her nail. I used it myself to see how sharp it is, pretty sharp! Great next step to a regular adult knife.

The quality of this knife is amazing. It’s not super sharp that I’ll need to worry my kid to get cut himself. But at the same time, it’s useful that my boy can cut carrots easily.

We finally opened my son’s new knife last night to try it out as he is helping me in the kitchen. It’s a very cute and engaging design. The fingers guard is probably made for older kids. He enjoyed using it but I got cut slightly by accident while trying to remove the knife from him. Wow, didn’t expect it to be so sharp!

I am a Chef and my 8 Year old is my side kick. She loves cooking and creating with me. I have had her using some of my chef knives but really freaks me out. Even though she handles the knife well this knife definitely gave me piece of mind! I highly recommend!! Get for your kids today!! Getting my 6 year old helping with cooking prep. He likes that he can finally help!

My son likes to help me with cooking, so I decided to buy him his own knife that is also safe for little hands. Great knife. He loves it

My 4 year old budding chef loves his knife and is so proud to help. It has a great sized handle for kiddos, a blunted tip and the finger guard is great for teaching knife technique. It is sharp though as my 4 year old found out when he defiantly pressed his thumb on the blade. But it was nothing a bandaid and snuggles couldn’t fix and he learned a lesson. I would totally buy it again. Teach them young!
