This tastes like someone mixed popcorn with water! It tastes yeasty, like I’m eating shoes! My solution is to pinch my nose, down it and then, immediately take a couple of bites of something while still pinching my nose. Still, it’s an inconvenience. Now I know why they emphasize adding it to food. I have yet to try that method. My diet is all solid food, but I can’t imagine the taste completely disappearing. Still, this product helped me.I am happy Regular Girl exists. Eating fiber gives me headaches- even the meds my doc prescribed. Laxatives are dehydrating, draining, and can cause constipation. I was able to add this fiber to my diet with no problem. My ibs symptoms improve, too. My dizziness goes away and I’m able to think about food without feeling desparate for something to eat.Ibs flare-ups are unfortunate. Fodmaps and ibs cause my migraines, but so does missing meals. I took this when migraine warning signs starting appearing because I couldn’t eat much and it stopped them from escalating! (I don’t think it’d help if my warning symptoms went past that point.)I take this at night and have a bowel movement next morning. I’m so happy this exists on the market. Because of the taste, I am going to try other FODMAP approved fiber supplements before committing to this fiber brand. I give 5 stars minus one because of the taste.

It works but inconsistently. I find it annoying that it doesn’t dissolve completely in water, either cold or room-temperature and clumps.

This product has improve my gut issue over the past week. I am so happy to feel normal again. This product was suggested to me by a doctor.

I started using this in my third trimester of pregnancy. It does the trick. I can mix it into literally anything--it has no taste, and it dissolves instantly. Exactly what I needed.

Was put on low fodmap. Dr said to add psyllium..but I don't like that. Tried this. Works great.
