Wow! I was thoroughly impressed with this backpack. There are a few things that stand out.The entire backpack shel is padded except for the outside pocket. To me, it's not a deal breaker.The straps have thick padding; when it's loaded it's still comfortable on the shoulders.I appreciate that the opening on top is squared which allows for easy access. Plus, the top handles allow me to carry it on my arm and there is a small strap that allows for the straps to be secured together.There's a luggage strap that fits securely.The small electronics pouch is also padded and will fit 2 SD cards (if, needed) along with wires and electric adapters.I like that there's a dust cover so I can store it away without it getting dirty!So far it looks to be very well put together at all the seams.The brown details are not leather but at this price point who cares because it's still pretty.It has loads of pockets and I recommend you watch the video to see how many there are. I'm partial to the back secret pocket and padded inside pockets for a laptop and tablet.All in all I very impressed.I'm planning a trip overseas and with the new personal size regulation it will fits under the seat in front. Big plus there. If there are any issues, I will update my review. However, for now, I like what I see.

Just used this backpack as my personal item on the airline (southwest) and it fit under the seat even though it was stuffed. It has a ton of pockets (so many that I kept forgetting which pocket I put stuff in) and looks great. I can't speak to durability as I've only used it once so far. My only wish is that the anti-theft pocket were larger, but it was big enough to hold a passport and phone or passport and maybe a small wallet. When we got back from our trip my husband said he might buy one too since it was much easier to handle than his was.

This is a great backpack due to the easy pockets EVERYWHERE that keep all the STUFF in its place!I use it with a 13" MB Pro, charger, iPad, rotation of books and then all the extras. That is a full bag but I always over pack so the bigger the bag.. the more I over pack, so this is a happy amount to control me yet still handle what I need. Since there were some reviews that had strap issues- I've been watching and have not seen any breakdown yet and all the pockets let your items glide in easily without snagging, zippers are smooth, the front buckles are decor and the underneath is magnet snaps, but that pocket has tons of room too.I got the 15.6" Olive color with the buckle straps and it's the color is the perfect modern olive - it's not military olive- it says dk grey brown.... modern olive- Nice!I love the doctor bag mouth opening- at first I wanted it to open wider like a traditional backpack that ends up slumping, which is what I wanted to get away from! - I've gotten use to it quickly and it keeps everything boxy and square....rectangled... boxy?Standing up... it isn't the stiffest form but IT FEELS like excellent sturdy material and looks to be well made and sheds pet hair and dust with a hand swipe.It tilts over but stays boxy if not propped against a chair if you don't balance ur gear- tech stuff towards back- heavy taller books towards front will fix this...The ONLY reason for 1 star off was for the laptop sleeve- it's a sleeve that does go all the way down to the bottom seam with padding on both sides BUT there is NOT padding where the SEAMS MEET- THIS is where your laptop stops on it's own- on whatever surface your bag is sitting on- that's what the laptop comes to a complete halt on.. I put some DIY padding in but this should be addressed and hacked. The iPad sleeve is padded front/back- attached to front side of the laptop padding, it's seam does not touch the very bottom of the bag and works perfect.The cushioned straps are sturdy with mid grade padding- enough to haul in/out in intervals. They are not the super stiff type foam, and they are smoother to the skin than the UA that I use and don't irritate or chafe.I've overpack this and the straps are sturdy so far but I keep looking for issues since a few reviews had mentioned it. So far the only way this could be better is if it had a wider base to stand better, a mouth that opened a couple more inches and lap top padding sleeve that curved from top of straps- down the back- under the entire bottom and it would be all you need.

Was impressed with this item, especially for the price. I have no complaints.Arrived on time. Very roomy with plenty of storage and pocket compartments. Seems to be very sturdy. Has held up with the travel.I tried other backpacks but like this one the best!I don’t normally write reviews but felt this item warranted a review.

EASY ACCESS TO ALL YOUR ITEMS AND AMPLE DIVIDERS AND POCKETS. GREAT SPOT FOR A WATER BOTTLE ON THE OUTSIDE. ADDITIONAL COMPARTMENT ON THE OUTSIDE FOR SMALL ITEMS USED FREQUENTLY.HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Absolutely fantastic bag with tons of space and many pockets. Highly recommend it very durable. Pockets for everything you need - water bag, iPad, laptop, pens, pencils, tablet, folders, clothes, lunch, etc.

I was mainly looking for a bag that can fit my 32 oz hydroflask and this was perfect! it has very stretchy water bottle holders on its side. So many pockets, it can be overwhelming but they are good usage for holding valuables. The top part of having a sturdy handle is very beneficial and the pockets are very deep. So you can fit long items in the pockets. Straps are very sturdy and it doesn’t look bulky. I got so many compliments on this bag so I definitely recommend!

This is a great bag. Carry by you side, over a shoulder or as a pack. Comfortable. Convenience openings and so many pockets make it easy to stay organized and grab what you need. Highly recommend!
