The Secrets of Teams
I enjoy most anything Ken Blanchard has written or when he works with other authors. While "Teams" is rather simple in it's writing the concept is excellent. My experences in both sports and now in the business world "Teams" make the world go round. With "Teams" my real estate office should excell if I can get my preople to buy into the idea. With a "Team" you can move a mountain whereas alone you have a problem pushing a grain of dirt. The book is highly recomended.

Every Leader Should Be Required To Read This Book
The story was clear, concise, and applicable to any team. It was required reading for a course in the MBA program I'm currently in. Best of all, I read it just as I was starting a new job with a new team. I would recommend this for anyone who intends on leading teams.

Mark Miller's unique presentation of great team dynamics.
Mark Miller's presentation of how to bring teams from "worst to first" is one of the most unique ways of explaining the nuances of team dynamics I've ever read. My husband and I have enjoyed discussing the realities of how community and accurate placement make a huge difference to the possible productivity of teams. As an HR professional, I especially applaud Mark's conclusions concerning removing employees from a certain team for the betterment of both the employee and the team, which in the long run is a win-win for the company. Thanks Mark!

Subtle change, over time, and effective read.
This book is incredible. We are a team of 6, and the principles in this book have changed the way we work together. It’s subtle, but the message calls for action and implementation.
