Our exotic meat snack products are made in the USA from grass fed, farm raised, USDA inspected, all natural meats and spices. They are shelf stable for a year and have no MSG. All of our elk and bison snacks are made from 90% lean trim, smoked and seasoned. Similar to a piece of tenderized round steak, but not dried down to the low moisture content of jerky. When you get our product you are getting a hunk of meat in a jerky snack stick.
