I have been using the Symphony Surround B Tower Fan for the last 7 days, and I am impressed with the product. The 1st thing I noticed about it was its sleek and modern design, which fits well in my living room and Bedroom without taking up much space. The fan is lightweight and easy to move around whenever needed due to sturdy wheels at its base. It distributes air evenly across the room, and the oscillation feature helps cover a wider area. It creates a comfortable and refreshing environment. In fact, I've started running my AC for just an hour, then switching to this tower fan. It locks in the coolness for another 3–4 hours, spreading a chilly breeze corner to corner. It saves me from running the AC all day and is the ultimate companion piece to my air conditioner. Unlike conventional fans that can be noisy at higher speeds, the Surround B operates smoothly and makes very little noise. The 7 speed settings are useful, allowing me to adjust the airflow according to the weather and my comfort level. The controls are simple to use, and having a dedicated remote control makes it even more convenient to adjust the settings right from the comfort of my couch. The fan doesn't have blades and is therefore safe for my pets. After a week of use, I think the Symphony Surround B offers a good balance of performance, convenience, and aesthetics. If you're looking for a stylish tower fan that delivers effective air circulation without excessive noise, this is definitely worth considering.

I am writing this review to express my deep dissatisfaction with the product I received after making a payment of nearly ₹9,000. Upon receiving the item from the delivery person, I immediately suspected that it was a used or returned product. The outer packaging was in poor condition, and once opened, I noticed the thermocol padding was improperly placed and appeared tampered with. When I took the fan out of the box, I was shocked by its condition. It had visible signs of prior use, with scratches all over the body and broken parts. There was also a clear repair done on the back, possibly by a previous customer, and the bottom-back portion of the fan wasn’t properly assembled. Except the fan, none of the features were working. To make matters worse, the remote control made a cracking noise when handled, further indicating the product was either defective or previously used. I’m extremely disappointed with the seller for delivering a product in such unacceptable condition.

I needed a simple, sturdy bladeless fan since I have a toddler at home. Symphony being a reputed brand, had this as an offering. The design is sleek. However, given it's a smaller device, it doesn't come with any wheels. It is a little on the heavier side and needs to be dragged around. Not sure what the designer were thinking, but convenience is definitely not on the agenda. The shape is also ood, which makes moving around a bit cumbersome. Since it's a bladeless fan, the air will come from the top . Most user have complained about it, but that's by design. The other problem is that the swing stops working intermittently. I raised a complaint with Symphony and they charged me ₹650 for visiting charges, with no solution. Shame on Symphony for charging to fix a brand new equipment. Shows how greedy the company has become.

Symphony is pioneer in Colling solution and would leader and when i findtgatctehy also have tower fan i decided to buy for my new office ..Delivery was smooth and exactly as promised, which set the right tone for this purchase. The product itself is chic, elegant, and truly stands out as a class offering in this category. I have been using it for five days now, and it has proven to be very useful. The fan operates calmly and silently, with the convenience of remote control making it effortless to manage. What impressed me most is how it enhances the cooling effect of my air conditioner — something regular fans simply cannot achieve. Even when I keep my cabin door open, the airflow extends cooling to other areas, making the environment more comfortable overall. In short, this bladeless tower fan combines style with performance. It’s not just an appliance; it’s an upgrade to the cooling experience in my space.

After using it for 2 months, Pros: Throws air at a long distance. (10 ft. +) Good aesthetics. Cons: Maha bhayankar noisy. You cannot speak when it's on. You even can't hear yourself. (It feels less noisy on the first day but gets more and more noisy gradually after use) Remote only works at a very short distance. ( 4 or 5 ft) Also, it's sencer is placed at the top on the tower facing upwards, so it doesn't work effectively. Difficult to move it because no wheels and no handles are provided. No function is given to limit it's horizontal movement. E.g 0° to 90°. You may stop it but can't precisely control it. Conclusion - Don't buy. No effective speed control. Cheap plastic. It gets yellow after use. Costly.

This product is amazing product. I place the product in my drawing room between AC and dining table. Earlier dining area was hot due to AC is at a distance now, dining area is chilled with the help of Symphony Surround BLDC. Let me add that the product design is elegant and a right product for my drawing room. It is with very low noise due to power saver BLDC motor. Black is beautiful. Remote is qute. It's a value for money bladless , child safe tower fan. AC cooling enhanced. It moves right left any cover full dining area. The product is light weight. No need for 2nd AC and electricity saver.
