Everything was as expected. Very happy with the product.

I switched to this because it uses Methylcobalamin, which is much better absorbed than the cheaper Cyanocobalamin versions. The capsules are small and easy to swallow, and you get a huge supply for the price. I’m giving it 4 stars instead of 5 because the bottle is way oversized for the amount of capsules inside—seems like a waste of plastic. Other than that, it's a solid supplement.

This is a good company Nutra cost. It was in my price range reasonable. Everybody needs B12 B12 is one of the great vitamins that our body needs for walking and muscles and overall energy.

Always one of my go to brands. Always recommend them! Gentle on the stomach and digestion. Pill size isn’t too big. Taste isn’t bad nor smell. It’s great!

一年半ほど前から500mcgを毎日2錠飲んでいました。胃切除による巨赤芽球性貧血でしたが、今年の健康診断ではMCVの値が正常値になりました。1000mcgもあると知りこちらに変更。今後も飲み続けます。

240粒入りなので、コスパはかなりいいと思います。B12だけをシンプルに足したい人には使いやすいです。 ただ、海外サプリなのでボトルも粒も「日本のサプリ」っぽい感じではないです。そこが気にならない人向け。 サプリなので効果がすぐ分かる系ではないですが、毎日続けるものとしては量が多くてありがたいです。リピは価格次第かな。
