I love these vitamin B12 capsules! First off, they are capsules and NOT hard tablets and they are easy to swallow. The high does is effective for those either lacking the vitamin or that are looking to incorporate more that they are not getting in their diet. The body does not fully absorb that much at once of course, but it's nice to know that you have it covered. Nutricost has always made hig quailty vitamins and supplement for years, so I trust them.

I switched to this because it uses Methylcobalamin, which is much better absorbed than the cheaper Cyanocobalamin versions. The capsules are small and easy to swallow, and you get a huge supply for the price. I’m giving it 4 stars instead of 5 because the bottle is way oversized for the amount of capsules inside—seems like a waste of plastic. Other than that, it's a solid supplement.

Item was purchased under direction of doctor for medical requirements. Value for money depends on personal preference. I found these to have great quantity, and value for price. Vitamin is white oval shape, smooth, medium size, very easy to swallow with fluids. It left no after taste, and was aways taken with food to offset possible upsets. This item is not dissolvable as I was informed, taken orally with 8oz fluids daily or directed by your doctor or label. It has worked as directed for us and will continue to use.

I am prescribed a strong PPI to avoid esophagitis due to anatomy. Learned later that these drugs block B12 uptake from food. This formulation evades that block. It seems to work; I feel brighter and more energetic. It doesn’t upset my stomach. I take it early in the day so the energy boost doesn’t interfere with sleep.
