It is just going to be a year and one of the head phones stopped working. I was trying to look for warranty details but could not find. Can any help be provided if this is covered under warranty and Ned piece can be delivered against this

The sound quality was good but the both the ear pods could not be paired at a single time. left ear piece seems to be deffective part. Bought 2 products one for me & one for my friend, both were defective. Reject both.

I bought this in May. It's working fine and giving good audio quality. Comfortable design with decent charging speed.There was a glitch in the ear bud so I took help from support team of Blaupunkt and resolved quickly. Its easy to reach support service
