Flap with louvres doesn't open
Flap with louvres doesn't open after starting the fan. Bought this fan in April 22 but installed it now and found out that the louvres are not opening so removed the cover with louvres.

Poor quality and the worst service i have come across for a brand
Had bought 3 efficio+ exhausts, 2 of them came as defective and was replaced.2/3 fans bought got defects in an year and the service request is already over 3 weeks and still no resolution yet
