Perfect overdrive for vox or similar amp
Playing through an ac15 which has a reputation for sounding a little harsh with dirt pedals. The Timmy overdrive sounds perfect through this amp and gives me tons of options. Use it anywhere between a clean warm boost to a heavy drive that could possibly be a contender in the distortion category. I stay somewhere in the middle. Because you're cutting the tone out of the pedal instead of adding it, you're already at the top. The choice is yours all the way down. There are a lot more options in this pedal than one that has a ceiling on your tone options. It's awesome.
