Really helps with sleeping
The product tastes okay, no need to dilute it with water. I have been taking it for 2 weeks and have noticed a huge improvement in how well I sleep. I haven't noticed any improvement in my mental clarity yet but it's only been two weeks.

Is this working? Maybe so.
I've only been taking this for about a month or longer, starting gradually to feel any effects. I'm increasing the dosage, but not taking it evryday. The only thing that has changed for me that may be a result of this, is that I'm starting to remember my dreams, just a little bit, after years of not. is it helping in other ways? Who knows?

It wasn't very tasty and I, unfortunately, didn't find any difference in my day to day life.

Not sure I care…
… if it’s truly effective or the placebo effect, but I’m reordering. And a bit afraid not to, given I feel mentally sharper while using this. It’s easy to tolerate, convenient to use, inoffensive in every way except price, though I do understand they can’t give it away. Lol. All said, I’m a returning customer and that says it all, right?
