If you want to know if this stuff really works just take 3 pumps instead of 3 in one setting. I felt pretty wired and ready for movement. The study that has the most evidence on cordyceps showed that it improves performance at high intensity (even though the study said it was about cordyceps, it was really 5 other mushrooms in a blend too but oh well) but when I took this I felt such a better ability to recover from jiu jitsu rounds, which are very very very intense. Before I would feel so exhausted and fatigued and did not want to keep rolling with people, but when I took a triple pump before training, I was so ready in between rounds. But you could feel the extract when you take it, like 20 minutes after. But also take it consistently, the research showed it had most efficacy when taken daily for 2+ weeks. There’s actual semi solid component to the extract, and it settles to the bottom of the container in a day, so make sure to shake vigorously, or lay it on its side so that it’s easier to shake off when you use it.

Tastes alright... there are products out there that are equal quality for a cheaper price. 👁🍄👁

It's only 350 mg for one pump fill the syringe all the way up you need a couple thousand milligrams a day to really help with the health so I'm a little disappointed that it's only 350 mg per pump

Wish this worked for me. Been taking wvery day for a month, but don’t feel any of the benefits it says it does…Packaging was fine.
