Good quality, sturdy item from a reliable brand. Simple to affix to the bike. I shopped around, and this was easily the best price available. Fitted with a dab of grease to the threads to eliminate any annoying crank noise when stressed. I am now pedalling smoothly again. Very happy customer.

This is a really great pedal, because it acts like a cycling shoe even when you're not wearing a cycling shoes! Cycling shoes have very stiff soles, so that the energy from the calves/thighs, is transmitted efficiently to the cranks, etc, etc by stopping the foot sole bending at the ball of the foot. This pedal is so deep, that it does a good imitation of what a cycling shoe does, even when wearing normal shoes/boots. This means if you fit these pedals and you're middle aged or older, you're unlikely to get horrible calf cramps on longer rides...

Very good quality comfortable supportive pedals for the price point. Easy to fit, just make sure you are turning the screw threads the correct way! Fitted these to two bikes and both people loved them. Much better than standard pedals.

Bought these to replace the pedals that came with the bike which my feet kept slipping off while pedalling (and have no fixing points for toe clips). The large platform and studs grip really well. Good for pedalling and when coming to a halt at a junction. The black colour ties in well with the other fittings. Very happy with them so far. Only minor gripe was working out how to change the pedals because of the opposing threads - which way to loosen when removing the old pedals??? I had to refer to my bike repair book - Shimano fitting instructions could be much better.

Been using these pedals now for just over a month, they were advertised as being made of aluminium or some type of metal, not quite sure of that, they seem to be made of some type of sturdy plastic or a resin type material, I feel this because previous pedals that I have had from Shimano, metal ones, after a couple of rides the black paint starts to wear off, but not with these ones, so not quite sure what they are made off. But in the end quite a good set of pedals, of which I would recommend buying.

Ideale Pedale für mein Pendlerrad, da mit Reflektoren und guten Halt durch die leichten Noppen, es werden auch die Schuhe geschont da alles aus Kunststoff ist. Pedale sehen gut aus und wirken hochwertig.

C'est du Shimano, tout est dit. Pédale résine bien conçue qui accroche bien la semelle sans la percer. Ne couine pas, ne se déforme pas et donne un ressenti fidèle des sensations. A ce (premier) prix, on ne redoute pas le choc sur une pierre ou un trottoir. Si on veut mieux, il faut payer plus mais c'est un bon compromis.

Compré estos pedales Shimano para usarlos en el rodillo, y todo correcto. Se montan fácil, encajan perfecto y funcionan como se espera: sin ruidos raros ni dramas mecánicos. No hay mucho más que decir: cumplen, aguantan y hacen su trabajo sin quejarse, justo lo que uno quiere cuando está sudando más que pensando. Muy recomendables si buscas algo fiable y sin complicaciones. 💪🚴‍♂️
