I’ve had this for about 4 years and it is still going strong! Love this product, I am a college athlete and use it to train everytime I workout. Super easy to assemble and easy to carry around. The design it great and the colors are awesome. Perfect for training in all sports!

Durable athletic equipment

You cannot get all three things for this price anywhere but here this is amazing. The parachute has no significant impact on how I run with this, so I do not use it. The ladder could be easier to use if it told you how to distance the bars on it. I eyeballed it and was not able to use the whole length of it. I use the cones for soccer. 6 can only go so far for drills but they are still beneficial. All the items in here are really high quality and I recommend downloading the drills that are included with the barcode that is sent in this package.

Usei em diversos treinamento e tudo tem qualidade! Poderia ter mais cones, fora isso, está perfeito! Gostei muito do paraquedas para os treinos, da um dinamismo maior aos treinos! A escada é bem longa, as vezes me cansava haha' Se esta buscando algo para seu kit de treino, essa é uma ótima opção!

Ottimo kit

This product was convenient to use, however, the purchase was a waste. It is cheaply made and of no substance. If you're looking for resistance training for an athlete then I'd suggest doing reps of hill sprints up and down. This will work the legs better then the parachute as it provides almost no resistance at all. The agility ladder is a waste. If you're looking for coordination then try other methods as this is an absolute waste. The cones were the only thing I used as they were used in Wind Sprint workouts and reps for beep test. Overall, I would not recomment this product unless you're looking for a good way to get ripped off. A substitute if you're looking for resistance training would be the Bodylastics Resistance Bands. Really good if you're looking for a faster sprint time for 100, 200 and 400 metres. Thanks for your time
